Live orders: contact details, order configuration and, for piloted services, temporary game login credentials. We do not sell personal data. Game credentials are stored encrypted, accessible only to the booster assigned to your order, and deleted on completion. We recommend changing your password after every piloted order regardless.
Pre-order contacts are kept until launch plus 90 days or until you ask us to delete them. Order records are kept as required for accounting. You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time via the contact page.
The site uses functional cookies (session, cart when live) and analytics cookies. Payment processing, when live, is handled by the payment provider under their own policy — card data never touches our servers.
