Before the order starts: full refund, no questions. Pre-orders involve no payment at all, so there is nothing to refund — just cancel in any support channel.
Mid-order: if you cancel a started order, we refund the uncompleted portion pro-rata (e.g. unrun dungeon entries, unplayed coaching sessions, unreached level ranges). Completed portions are charged at the standard per-unit rate.
Our fault: if we miss the agreed ETA by more than 48 hours without an agreed reschedule, or cannot complete the ordered Service, you choose between a full refund of the affected part or a free substitution.
RNG outcomes: services described as attempts or farming volume (drop farming, per-hour income) are delivered when the attempts/volume are delivered; specific random outcomes are not refundable grounds. Every such page states this before you order.
How refunds arrive: to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of confirmation in the order chat.
